Brodie Wood: Retirement Readiness is everyone’s business:  it’s a societal issue and employers who sponsor retirement savings plans have a unique opportunity and responsibility to positively impact the retirement readiness of many individuals. In this session, learn about:
  • The three most important challenges facing individuals with regard to saving for retirement,
  • The importance of setting the right context, and
  • Why we need to change the conversation.
Chad Larsen:  Dancing” With the DOL/IRS Audit Stars
Don’t know your Tango from your Mambo? Your Samba from your Rumba? Come to our Retirement Plan break-out and we will help you out! This session will engage attendees in some of the most critical “Steps” that ALL employers, whether subject to ERISA or not, should be doing to provide better “Stewardship” and “Leadership” over their employee’s retirement accounts. This session will provide practical tools and timely information that anyone dealing with a retirement plan will want to receive.
