Topic: State Legislative Update
 
State legislative update will cover healthcare issues as well as the ongoing discussion of Medicare expansion for the state of Utah We will have an opportunity to ask him questions about his experiences in the State Legislature.
 
Speaker: James A. Dunnigan.  Jim is the current District 39 representative in Utah’s House of Representatives and has been serving there since January 2003.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Utah.  He currently serves on a number of committees, including the following: Health Reform Task Force, House Business and Labor Committee and the Business and Labor Interim Committee.
