Lunch Meeting: Succession planning and Development

Succession planning and Development," presented by  Gary Vickrey, will encompass the topics of  succession planning and talent development, including:
  • Current Statistics
  • Pitfalls – Why do succession plans not exist, or why do we not execute on our plans
  • Successful Plan
  • Assessing Both Performance and Potential
  • Structured Coaching Based on Succession Planning
Gary Vickrey joined Tanner in 2013 after a career with Jackson Leadership Systems, with a background in clinical psychology. For the last 13 years, Gary was President of JLS - Vickrey, Inc., who specializes in succession planning and the coaching and development of senior leaders around the World.  Gary’s most recent area of specialty is in constructing and implementing Leadership Development Academies for Global Organizations and has facilitated these Academies in Europe, Asia and South and North America. Gary’s largest clients are in the professional services and pharmaceutical industries and his clients include Bayer, NYCOMED, BASF, Horwath International, AUDI of America, and PKF NAN. Although Gary’s practice is focused on the one-on-one development of leaders, he is an experienced and accomplished presenter on the topics of integrity, leadership brand, change management, conflict resolution, listening skills, communication, and rewarding and recognizing employees.
