Correction of Elective Deferral Failures | Roth Employer Contributions

Secure 2.0 made many important changes, however, one of the more impactful changes is the change to the self-correction program (Section 305). In this session, we will focus on correction of one of the more common failures – elective deferrals. We also will discuss another important SECURE 2.0 change – Roth employer contributions. Come with your questions!

10:20AM – 11:20AM – Nathan Mathews, VP & Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant, Milliman

Pharmacy Benefits Management, Who, What and Why. During the presentation, we will discuss the basics of managing a prescription drug plan, pharmacy economics and supply chain and recent hot topics including GLP-1 and Biosimilars, Johnson & Johnson class action lawsuit (e.g., plan sponsors fiduciary responsibilities) and more.

With the dynamics of healthcare constantly evolving, now is the perfect moment to enhance your expertise and stand out in your field. Pharmacy continues to be the driving force behind increasing healthcare costs which has created a need for more active management. We will dive into pharmacy benefit management and help you become more knowledgeable and conversant in this ever-evolving area of benefits.
