The new AICPA Auditing Standards Board SAS 136 auditing and reporting standard is effective for audits of plan financial statements for periods ending on or after December 15, 2021.  Join us to find out what you need to know now to make sure you are ready for this new standard for your 2021 plan year audit.

About Our Presenter:

Presenter: Diane Nesbit, CPA, Audit Partner with Larson & Company

Diane has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and has been with Larson & Company since 2000. Diane specializes in working with employee benefit plans, traditional and captive insurance companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Diane’s expertise includes all accounting and auditing standards and regulations as specified by the AICPA, ERISA, DOL, and FASB. Diane is currently serving at president-elect for the WP&BC Salt Lake City Chapter.  Diane also serves as the Co-Chair for the WiPN Utah Chapter.

Diane loves spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
