2021 Legal Update
This meeting will provide a high level overview of many of the important legal updates from this past year, including some updates on the SECURE Act, new rules applicable to benefit plan investments, noteworthy Supreme Court cases, the Consolidated Appropriations Act and some updates from the CARES Act and FFCRA, as well as some miscellaneous updates on rules related to benefit plan administration.

Brad’s practice focuses on employee benefit programs of all kinds, including executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, equity incentive plans, payroll practices, health plans, and various other fringe benefit arrangements.
