2021 Legal Update
This meeting will provide a high level overview of many of the important legal updates from this past year, including some updates on the SECURE Act, new rules applicable to benefit plan investments, noteworthy Supreme Court cases, the Consolidated Appropriations Act and some updates from the CARES Act and FFCRA, as well as some miscellaneous updates on rules related to benefit plan administration.
