DOL Fiduciary Changes & Industry Trends

Recordkeepers are having to make critical decisions in regards to the DOL fiduciary rule going into effect on April 10, 2017.  Fidelity’s decisions compared to other major recordkeepers on how the rule affects plan sponsors and participants in the 401(k) world will be discussed alongside viewpoints on other prominent industry trends.
 
About Our Presenter
Heidi Kielich, Director, Managing Director
Heidi joined Fidelity Investments in 2005 and currently serves in the mid-market Relationship Management group.  Prior to becoming a Managing Director, Heidi managed a  team of 401(k) and pension phone representatives to ensure plan participants received the highest level of customer service.  Since 2010, she has worked with west coast Plan Sponsors and Investment Professionals on plan design, recordkeeping and employee education solutions.   Heidi has a B.A. in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and a M.B.A. in Business Management from the University of North Texas. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
