So you’re not a third-party administrator but you’d like a little better understanding of the annual compliance tests that are performed on defined contribution plans. Do you want to crunch the numbers? Heck no! But you’d like to speak knowledgeably about it with your clients, service providers or advisors. This session will provide an overview of each of the tests that might be required and give you a general understanding of the complex world of compliance testing.
