About Our Presenter

W. Waldan Lloyd chairs the firm's Employee Benefits & ERISA Practice Area and is a shareholder of the firm. His clients include sole proprietors, professional corporations, closely held corporations, public corporations, charitable and other tax-exempt entities and governmental entities. Waldan drafts and advises on all forms of retirement plans, as well as VEBAs, welfare benefit programs, cafeteria plans, and COBRA compliance. Clients' plans range in size from single participant plans to those covering tens of thousands of employees.

This meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the Little America Hotel. Members are free. Non-members are welcome, and the $65.00 fee can be paid online with a credit card or at the door by check or cash.
